Peter Lamm

Mr. Lamm co-founded Fenway Partners in 1994 and is Managing Partner and a member of the Operating Committee. Mr. Lamm has been involved in all aspects of the firm's business. Previously, Mr. Lamm was a General Partner of the investment partnerships managed by Butler Capital Corporation from 1982 to 1994. Prior to joining Butler Capital, Mr. Lamm founded Photoquick of America, Inc. Mr. Lamm received a M.B.A. from Columbia University School of Business and a B.A. in English Literature from Boston University.

Richard Dresdale

Mr. Dresdale co-founded Fenway Partners in 1994. Mr. Dresdale has been involved in all aspects of the firm's sourcing and investing activities and has led Fenway's external networking initiatives, including limited partner relationships. Previously, Mr. Dresdale was a Principal at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc. (CD&R) from 1985 to 1994. Prior to joining CD&R, Mr. Dresdale worked as an Investment Officer with Manufacturers Hanover Venture Capital Corporation. Mr. Dresdale received a B.A. in American Civilization from Brown University.

Gregg Smart

Mr. Smart joined Fenway Partners in 1999 and is a member of the Operating Committee. He has been involved in all aspects of the firm's investing activities. Previously, Mr. Smart was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch in the Financial Sponsors Group. Mr. Smart received a M.B.A. from The Wharton School with a concentration in Finance and a B.A. in Economics, cum laude from Davidson College.

Marc Kramer

Mr. Kramer joined Fenway Partners in 2002 and leads the firm's practice in the Transportation/Logistics sector. Mr. Kramer has been involved in sourcing transactions, leading financings and portfolio company oversight. Prior to joining Fenway, Mr. Kramer was a Principal at Aurora Capital Group, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm. Prior to Aurora Capital, Mr. Kramer was a consultant for Corporate Decisions Inc., a Boston-based consulting firm. Mr. Kramer received a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. cum laude in Government from Dartmouth College.

Timothy Mayhew

Mr. Mayhew joined Fenway Partners in 2003 and leads the firm's practice in the  Consumer sector. Mr. Mayhew is active in sourcing deals and overseeing portfolio company operations, finances and strategy.  Prior to joining Fenway Partners, Mr. Mayhew was a founding partner of Palladium Equity Partners. Prior to Palladium, Mr. Mayhew was a Principal at Joseph Littlejohn & Levy and worked in the Restructuring Group at Merrill Lynch Investment Banking. Mr. Mayhew received a B.A. in American History from Brown University.

Aron Schwartz

Mr. Schwartz joined Fenway Partners in 1999. Mr. Schwartz has been involved in the diligence and analysis, financing, oversight and exit of a number of investments. Prior to joining Fenway, Mr. Schwartz was an Associate in the Financial Entrepreneurs Group at Salomon Smith Barney. Mr. Schwartz received a J.D. and a M.B.A. with honors from U.C.L.A. and graduated cum laude with a B.A. in International Relations and a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Schwartz is a Certified Management Accountant.

Walter Wiacek

Mr. Wiacek joined Fenway Partners in 2007. Prior to joining Fenway Partners, Mr. Wiacek spent three years as Chief Financial Officer at another middle market private equity firm. Mr. Wiacek was also engaged in several financial consulting projects for a variety of clients in the financial services industry and had 15 years of senior-level corporate finance experience for a variety of start-up, restructuring, and high growth companies.  Mr. Wiacek is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Bryant College.

Hans Allegaert

Mr. Allegaert joined Fenway Partners in 2002. Mr. Allegaert has been involved in analyzing, structuring and financing new platform investments as well as monitoring existing portfolio companies. Prior to joining Fenway Partners, Mr. Allegaert was a Senior Manager in the Transaction Services Group at Ernst & Young. Mr. Allegaert graduated with High Honors from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration. Mr. Allegaert is a Certified Public Accountant.

Doug Bunim

Mr. Bunim joined Fenway Partners in 2005. Mr. Bunim has analyzed potential investment opportunities, monitored portfolio company performance, and executed add-on acquisitions. Prior to joining Fenway Partners, Mr. Bunim had been a Summer Analyst in the General Industrial Group at Banc of America Securities. Mr. Bunim graduated summa cum laude with Beta Gamma Sigma distinction from the Leonard N. Stern School at New York University where he earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting.

Anton Zitz

Mr. Zitz joined Fenway Partners in 2007. Mr. Zitz has analyzed potential investment opportunites, executed add-on acquisitions, monitored portfolio company performance and prepared companies for sale. Prior to joining Fenway Partners, Mr. Zitz was an Analyst in the Global Industries Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in New York. Mr. Zitz graduated with highest honors from Rutgers Business School at Rutgers College and was named to the Dean’s List in each of his four years in college.

James Shillito

Mr. Shillito joined Fenway Partners in 2006 and has been active in monitoring existing portfolio companies, analyzing new platform investments, executing add-on acquisitions and structuring financings.  Prior to joining Fenway Partners, Mr. Shillito was a Financial Analyst at Maverick Capital, a New York-based hedge fund.  Prior to Maverick, Mr. Shillito was an Associate with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.  Mr. Shillito graduated summa cum laude from Boston University’s School of Management with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance.

James Kennedy

Mr. Kennedy joined Fenway Partners in 2009. Prior to joining Fenway, Mr. Kennedy was an Analyst in the Industrials Group at Goldman Sachs. While with Goldman, Mr. Kennedy’s responsibilities included buy and sell-side M&A, leveraged buyouts and capital markets transactions. Prior to Goldman, Mr. Kennedy was an Analyst in the Industrials Group at UBS. Mr. Kennedy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown University.

Kevin Mason

Mr. Mason joined Fenway Partners in 2009.  Prior to joining Fenway, Mr. Mason was an investment banking analyst at Merrill Lynch, where he was involved with advising companies on a variety of private equity transactions ranging from growth equity and mezzanine investments to acquisition financings and M&A.  Mr. Mason graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University.

Ross Lipson

Mr. Lipson joined Fenway Partners in 2010 and actively participates in monitoring existing portfolio companies and evaluating and executing new investments.  Prior to joining Fenway Partners, Mr. Lipson worked as a Principal at Pegasus Blue Star Fund, a family office specializing in growth equity investments.  Previously, Mr. Lipson worked as a strategy consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and as a corporate attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.  Mr. Lipson received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School; J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law; and B.A. with highest distinction from the University of Michigan.   He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

Brian Frommer

Mr. Frommer joined Fenway Partners in 2010. Prior to joining Fenway, Mr. Frommer was an Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Credit Suisse, where he worked on a variety of private equity transactions including leveraged buyouts, loan and high yield issuances, initial public offerings and acquisition financings. Mr. Frommer graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University.
