Our investment team represents a wide array of skills and experiences. Prior to joining Fenway, the members of our team worked in private equity, investment banking and consulting. Hans AllegaertPrincipal
Fenway Consulting Partners, LLC Mr. Allegaert joined Fenway Partners in 2002. Prior to joining Fenway Partners, Mr. Allegaert was a Senior Manager in the Transaction Services Group at Ernst & Young. Mr. Allegaert graduated with High Honors from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration. Mr. Allegaert is a Certified Public Accountant.
Paul ChunAssociate
Mr. Chun joined Fenway Partners in 2012. Prior to joining Fenway, Mr. Chun was an Analyst in the Healthcare Group at Credit Suisse where his responsibilities included buy and sell-side M&A, leveraged buyouts and capital markets transactions. Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Chun was an Analyst in the Energy Group at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Richard DresdaleCo-founder and Managing Director
Fenway Partners, LLC Mr. Dresdale co-founded Fenway Partners in 1994. Mr. Dresdale has been involved in all aspects of the firm's sourcing and investing activities and has led Fenway's external networking initiatives, including limited partner relationships. Previously, Mr. Dresdale was a Principal at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc. (CD&R) from 1985 to 1994. Prior to joining CD&R, Mr. Dresdale worked as an Investment Officer with Manufacturers Hanover Venture Capital Corporation. Mr. Dresdale received a B.A. in American Civilization from Brown University.
Mike HaleyManaging Director
Mr. Haley joined Fenway Partners in 2006 to work with company management teams to formulate and implement strategic initiatives. Mr. Haley was hired by Fenway in 2001 as CEO for MW Windows, a Fund I portfolio company. He led a successful turnaround of that company, creating a significantly larger and more profitable business. Prior to joining MW Windows, Mr. Haley was CEO of American of Martinsville, a La-Z-Boy Company, and Lowenstein Furniture.

Peter LammCo-founder and Managing Director
Fenway Partners, LLC Mr. Lamm co-founded Fenway Partners in 1994 and is Managing Partner and a member of the Operating Committee. Mr. Lamm has been involved in all aspects of the firm's business. Previously, Mr. Lamm was a General Partner of the investment partnerships managed by Butler Capital Corporation from 1982 to 1994. Prior to joining Butler Capital, Mr. Lamm founded Photoquick of America, Inc. Mr. Lamm received a M.B.A. from Columbia University School of Business and a B.A. in English Literature from Boston University.
Ross LipsonVice President
Fenway Consulting Partners, LLC Mr. Lipson joined Fenway Partners in 2010. Prior to joining Fenway Partners, Mr. Lipson worked as a Principal at Pegasus Blue Star Fund, a family office specializing in growth equity investments. Previously, Mr. Lipson worked as a strategy consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and as a corporate attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Mr. Lipson received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School; J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law; and B.A. with highest distinction from the University of Michigan. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

Fenway Partners, LLC Mr. Sa joined Fenway Partners in 2012. Prior to joining Fenway, Mr. Sa was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley in New York where he worked on M&A, leveraged buyout and capital markets transactions. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Sa was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at RBC Capital Markets in New York. Mr. Sa graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree.
James ShillitoPrincipal
Fenway Consulting Partners, LLC Mr. Shillito joined Fenway Partners in 2006. Prior to joining Fenway Partners, Mr. Shillito was a Financial Analyst at Maverick Capital, a New York-based hedge fund. Prior to Maverick, Mr. Shillito was an Associate with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Mr. Shillito graduated summa cum laude from Boston University’s School of Management with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance.
Gregg SmartManaging Director
Fenway Partners, LLC Mr. Smart joined Fenway Partners in 1999 and is a member of the Operating Committee. He has been involved in all aspects of the firm's business. Previously, Mr. Smart was an investment banker at Merrill Lynch from 1986 to 1999, working in Leveraged Finance, Corporate Finance and the Financial Sponsors Group. Mr. Smart received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School with a concentration in Finance and a B.A. in Economics, cum laude from Davidson College.
Chris StevensonAssociate
Fenway Partners, LLC Mr. Stevenson joined Fenway Partners in 2011. Prior to joining Fenway Partners, Mr. Stevenson was an Analyst at BB&T Capital Markets where his responsibilities included buy-side and sell-side M&A, leveraged buyouts and capital markets transactions. Mr. Stevenson graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
Walter WiacekVice President,
Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer Fenway Partners, LLC Mr. Wiacek joined Fenway Partners in 2007. Prior to joining Fenway Partners, Mr. Wiacek spent three years as Chief Financial Officer at another middle market private equity firm. Mr. Wiacek was also engaged in several financial consulting projects for a variety of clients in the financial services industry and had 15 years of senior-level corporate finance experience for a variety of start-up, restructuring, and high growth companies. Mr. Wiacek is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Bryant College.
