Peter Lamm

Mr. Lamm co-founded Fenway Partners in 1994 and is Managing Partner and a member of the Operating Committee. Mr. Lamm has been involved in all aspects of the firm's business. Previously, Mr. Lamm was a General Partner of the investment partnerships managed by Butler Capital Corporation from 1982 to 1994. Prior to joining Butler Capital, Mr. Lamm founded Photoquick of America, Inc. Mr. Lamm received a M.B.A. from Columbia University School of Business and a B.A. in English Literature from Boston University.

Richard Dresdale
Co-founder and Managing Director
Mr. Dresdale co-founded Fenway Partners in 1994. Mr. Dresdale has been involved in all aspects of the firm's sourcing and investing activities and has led Fenway's external networking initiatives, including limited partner relationships. Previously, Mr. Dresdale was a Principal at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc. (CD&R) from 1985 to 1994. Prior to joining CD&R, Mr. Dresdale worked as an Investment Officer with Manufacturers Hanover Venture Capital Corporation. Mr. Dresdale received a B.A. in American Civilization from Brown University

Gregg Smart
Managing Director
Mr. Smart joined Fenway Partners in 1999 and is a member of the Operating Committee. He has been involved in all aspects of the firm's investing activities. Previously, Mr. Smart was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch in the Financial Sponsors Group. Mr. Smart received a M.B.A. from The Wharton School with a concentration in Finance and a B.A. in Economics, cum laude from Davidson College.

Marc Kramer
Managing Director
Mr. Kramer joined Fenway Partners in 2002 and leads the firm's practice in the Transportation/Logistics sector. Mr. Kramer has been involved in sourcing transactions, leading financings and portfolio company oversight. Prior to joining Fenway, Mr. Kramer was a Principal at Aurora Capital Group, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm. Prior to Aurora Capital, Mr. Kramer was a consultant for Corporate Decisions Inc., a Boston-based consulting firm. Mr. Kramer received a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. cum laude in Government from Dartmouth College.

Mac LaFollette
Managing Director
Mac LaFollette joined Fenway Partners in 2000. Mr. LaFollette has originated investments, structured financings and overseen portfolio companies. Prior to joining Fenway, Mr. LaFollette was a Director in the Leveraged Finance group at CS First Boston where he focused on sourcing, executing and financing new investments for middle market private equity firms. Mr. LaFollette received a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an A.B. from Harvard College.

Timothy Mayhew
Managing Director
Mr. Mayhew joined Fenway Partners in 2003 and leads the firm's practice in the Consumer sector. Mr. Mayhew is active in sourcing deals and overseeing portfolio company operations, finances and strategy. Prior to joining Fenway Partners, Mr. Mayhew was a founding partner of Palladium Equity Partners. Prior to Palladium, Mr. Mayhew was a Principal at Joseph Littlejohn & Levy and worked in the Restructuring Group at Merrill Lynch Investment Banking. Mr. Mayhew received a B.A. in American History from Brown University.

Aron Schwartz
Managing Director
Mr. Schwartz joined Fenway Partners in 1999. Mr. Schwartz has been involved in the diligence and analysis, financing, oversight and exit of a number of investments. Prior to joining Fenway, Mr. Schwartz was an Associate in the Financial Entrepreneurs Group at Salomon Smith Barney. Mr. Schwartz received a J.D. and a M.B.A. with honors from U.C.L.A. and graduated cum laude with a B.A. in International Relations and a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Schwartz is a Certified Management Accountant.

Walter Wiacek
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Wiacek joined Fenway Partners in 2007. Prior to joining Fenway Partners, Mr. Wiacek spent three years as Chief Financial Officer at another middle market private equity firm. Mr. Wiacek was also engaged in several financial consulting projects for a variety of clients in the financial services industry and had 15 years of senior-level corporate finance experience for a variety of start-up, restructuring, and high growth companies. Mr. Wiacek is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Bryant College.

Hans Allegaert

Mr. Allegaert joined Fenway Partners in 2002. Mr. Allegaert has been involved in analyzing, structuring and financing new platform investments as well as monitoring existing portfolio companies. Prior to joining Fenway Partners, Mr. Allegaert was a Senior Manager in the Transaction Services Group at Ernst & Young. Mr. Allegaert graduated with High Honors from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration. Mr. Allegaert is a Certified Public Accountant.

Shelly Rastogi

Mr. Rastogi joined Fenway Partners in 2007. Prior to joining Fenway Partners, Mr. Rastogi was an Associate in the Mezzanine Fund of EdgeStone Capital Partners. Prior to EdgeStone Capital Partners, Mr. Rastogi was an Analyst in the Los Angeles office of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc. Mr. Rastogi received an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, where he graduated as an Edward Tuck Scholar, and a B.A. with Honors from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

James Shillito
Vice President
Mr. Shillito joined Fenway Partners in 2006 and has been active in monitoring existing portfolio companies as well as in analyzing potential add-on and new platform investments. Prior to joining Fenway Partners, Mr. Shillito was a Financial Analyst at Maverick Capital, a large hedge fund based in New York. Prior to Maverick, Mr. Shillito was an Associate with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Mr. Shillito graduated summa cum laude from Boston University’s School of Management with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance.
